At Little Giggles Lab, we want every giggle-filled learning moment to be joyful! If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Digital products and downloads are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
